Motogp 2013

****, I got to remember not to open this damn thread thinking that I am only going to read comments from yesterday.

I just opened the thread now, and your comment ^^ was the first one to read. My next step is writing this, won't read anything in between until I watch this morning's practice later today. Thank you!

Happy for Cal, and he tells it like it is..... He feels its not a 'true' pole as Lorenzo wasn't there.
He also said
"If Lorenzo rides he's my hero. If he passes the medical test then he's strong"

Will be interesting to see if Lorenzo will ride tomorrow.

Very interesting comment I read that Lorenzo wants to ride so he can uncrate a fresh engine #6 (even though he has an unused engine #5 out of an allowed 5). This means he'll be penalized by a pitlane start and 10 seconds -- but he's injured anyway, so net-net, he'll get a fresh engine for just setting foot on the track.

They dq'd Colin Edwards in 2011, same injury and time frame.

Well Lorenzo's been cleared to race..... Rossi was fastest in warm-up and Lorenzo 7th..... This shall be an interesting race.

Also Lorenzo went out on the fourth engine.

The final section of the Assen circuit is pretty crazy.. That was a great race.. It sets up the second part of the season nicely

Amazing race! Amazing riders on the grid!

This is shaping up to be a great season.

So friggin happy with the results :)

I voted for Pedrosa before not because I like him, but because I thought he will win the championship. In reality, today's race and the result of it made my day!

I don't know why, but I really dislike Marquez.

I had mixed feelings up until the press conference after today's race. He really annoyed me when he said something of the sort "i didn't push because i had pain in my finger..." blah blah... felt really annoyed, he didn't really acknowledge the winner was better than him in this race, instead blamed it on finger pain and whined about it... yeah, whatever Marc..

he has a broken finger and toe from practice...

I know that, I follow all the free practices and all. But if he was only a mere 1 second away from the winner! I understand if he finished last or was at least behind the other big guys, instead he fought and fought, he just didn't cut it this time. You can't blame 1 second for a whole race on some excruciating pain you had.. But IMO that's not even the problem. I just think he could have made a good gesture and forgot his enormous ego for a moment, and just gave it up for the winner, instead of saying a faint "congratulations to the winner" clearly between his teeth. He just made a very bad impression to me as a person, that's all. At the track he's no doubt very talented, definitely spiced things up and he has a chance to become an even bigger name. If he loses some of the arrogance and takes it easy off the track, I guess I could see Simo in him..
