New MV F4RR are in Ontario

I was unimpressed at the show. Aside from the aging design, the overall quality seemed lacking. Ugly visible welds on the exhaust, mediocre looking fit on the bodywork, etc. For the money, I'd go Ducati or Aprilia any day.
 
The F4RR and the F3 675 trepistoni (3piston) it is my favore bike! Very unique engineering machine...i'd go anyday with the MV-Agusta!
 
Check out Ride Motorcycle on hwy 7 and Isilington which is where I purchased mine. In case you are interested I am selling my F4 ( red + silver) as I have a F4RR on order. If you want something unique MV is the way to go and performance wise it has more than what I will ever use. The only drawback is that when you park your bike there is usually a crowd that gathers to admire the bike. PM me if interested.

Interest comment regarding the aging as that is the identity and trade mark of MV once they were produce again look what happen when Ducati changed from the Iconic 916 design in the 999, sales dropped off and did not rebound until the 1098/1198 model even with the new 1199 you can see the 916 design influence in the front, so why mess with success. As for quality as an owner I have not experience any of what you have mentioned except the the visible welds, but then I am only one owner.

IMO the MV never attained the status and following that the 916 design did. Besides, that run lasted 10 years. Tamburini's F4 design is now into its 14th year? It's time for a ground-up. To me the design is aged, and not in a good way. Ducati ending the 916 after a decade was a good move, and the 999 design (to me) is just as appealing after all these years. Ducati are creating icons, if MV wants a stake in the market they'll need a drastic redesign soon. I assume the F3 will fund that.

Not sure if that is true as the reason I did not buy a ducati is because they are common compare to an MV which is exotic. MV strives to be a rare brand not a bike for everyone as the Japanese bikes or even what has become these days ducati, which is up for sale because they want to grow and expand to reach more potential buyers http://www.insidemotorcycles.com/news/industry-news/item/144-ducati-up-for-sale?.htm.
 
I too was completely unimpressed with these bikes at the bike show. Yes they look great on pictures, and yes they look/sound good when they fly by you on the highway, but at the show was the first time I got the chance to see it up close and sit on one and it looked cheaply made, and outdated design like the previous poster here said.

I am sure it's a fantastic handling machine but I am talking design and build quality. In my opinion at least, and I guess it's all personal taste as well.

You want outdated and ugly.
I would take this over any Ducati.
And point is, everybody at Timmies would walk right past any bike to come take a look at this.

And I also think that Ducati 916 design was total crap and that 999 was much better looking, in fact one of their best looking bikes of all times and it doesn't matter that most people won't agree with me on this one, like I said, all comes down to personal taste.
Just saying, cause it was mentioned a few posts above.

As you said Road Warrior it is a matter of personal taste and what we are looking for in our bikes at the end. For me I wanted something that is unique which fits the MV F4.

Exactly, it all comes down to personal taste, some will love it, some won't, life goes on. There are people that dislike my bike too, but it doesn't matter to me because I love and enjoy it so...that's life. :)

The 916 was an icon. It introduced all sport bikes to the new era.
But keep hiding behind your tree.
