Rodney is not taking pictures, he has his Contour attached to his helmet and takes a snapshot when he's editing the video...
He's not stalking anyone.
Why is that weird? He's not the first person to do so and I'm sure he's not the last.

Cause I would be weirded out if I were out riding and someone that I didn't know took a pic of me riding and posted it here. It's one thing to put a description of the bike/rider and where and an other to take pictures of people with out their knowledge and posting them...
That's my opinion though.

I know it is the custom to clip them from onlie pics, but I've never been able to figure out what harm could be done.
