Its 9.95/10 condition, clips right into the pillion seat mounting points and locks down with the OEM key on the tail. They can accommodate strapped bags or even mounting hardware for tail packs. I used this for trips and strapped my Kriega dry bags to it, works great and keeps the Aprilia looking great!
