Great bike, but not really working for me with my commute and time availability.
To my knowledge, needs nothing to certify (sold as is). Never downed, runs great, starts every time. Bike definitely has some personality. Very cheap bike to insure. Bike has always been stored indoors
I just bought it this year (I have the safety and UVIP from when I bought it) and have since done
- new front tire
- fender eliminator
- barkbusters (original bar ends included)
- Oxford heated grips
- cell phone mount
- shift indicator
- Puig windscreen
Tail bag is negotiable....but not otherwise included. See kijiji ad for pics
