Looking for someone who can do some work on my bike

I know that there are a few members who work on other members bikes on the side. I would like to know if anyone could give me a hand with some top end engine work(specifically the valves). I going to try and get whatever I can however I would love some experienced help.

The bike is a vtwin 2 cylinder (gs500). problem is low compression in one of the cylinders. diagnosis so far are that both exhaust valves have little to no clearance(I don't have a feeler gauge small enough..0.02). Valve shim buckets on the exhaust valves are tight and stuck. I plan on removing the camshafts to do a valve adjustment since I cannot get the shim out due to the tight bucket.

Are you looking for a valve adjustment or damage assessment of the top end?

Go on gstwin.com. It'll explain everything. I used to own one. No need to remove cams, the shim and bucket are just finicky.

just go to a shop and get on the road...It'll cost you a couple hundred bucks but you'll save yourself a headache and will be back to riding soon.
