"Old's Cool" Meet and Greet -- Port Dover, Saturday, May 5 -- 11 AM to whenever
After participating and/or planning a number of rides and "meet 'n greets" over the past few years, I've learned to keep things really simple:
>>>> Just show up if you can. <<<<
Don't worry about RSVP's, explaining why you can't come last minute, etc, etc.
Plan group rides down amongst yourselves. There are different ways of getting there, depending on where you are from.
If it's raining, or if there's a good chance of rain, you might be the only person there.
Check weather link below.
The meet will be either at the Tim Horton's (if there's space) or we'll be parked somewhere along the Main Street. Port Dover is small... just ride around and you'll probably spot a group of bikes of varying ages -- I'm sure we'll stand out from the crowd. Bring your wallet, as there's some good places to eat.
BTW, ride whatever you want of whatever age, colour, or creed. It really doesn't matter. It would be nice, however, to see the vintage UJM's, BMW's, Duc's, and Brit bikes.
