So I figured I'd start a thread for Markham and surrounding areas since I see many new members joining GTAM from the north east.

I guess most rides might be M1 friendly from what I see but doesn't have to be all noobs. Lets pick a spot to meet while we still have a season left. I hear it's gonna snow next month!!! :confused1:

someone in another thread mentioned First Markham Place. There's a relatively new plaza behind called First Markham Centre (i think). less cars there. And also Nextmod is there :)

I think anywhere easy to find, close to the 404 will be good

A good meeting location is 16th and Woodbine, theres an Esso and Tim Horton there.

hey...i'm dying to go to the forks of credit, could you plan it for next weekend or the one after? I won't be able to ride this weekend

Ya i'll see what is happening with next week weather wise. I don't usually plan because I'm not too experienced but i am bored of the city streets. All of the current group rides for tomorrow have too far of a meeting point
 
So the weather guessers call for a sunny sat/sun with temperatures around 20 degrees.

Any ideas?
 
Going down to Leslie and Lakeshore Thursday night. Anyone wanna meet and head down? Staying off the hwy but not sure what route I'll take.
